For neck and shoulder tension- This is a slow soothing massage focused on tight head neck and shoulder muscles. You will be guided through gentle stretches and focused breathing, you will receive a scalp massage to stimulate accupressure points and a balancing marma point treatment to complete your session. |

For mid to low back pain- This is a therapeutic massage designed to bring relief to occasional as well as frequent back afflictions. This massage incorporates slow compressions and soothing rocking movements to mobilize the joints. Trigger point work in areas of focus and tapotement that will reverberate from your core to bring you back into balance and out of pain. |
