FAQ
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

-Yes, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out your paperwork.


Do you take credit cards?

-Yes, we take Visa and Master card for your convenience.


What are your days/hours of operation?

-We are open every day except Tuesday, from 9AM to 9PM.


I have a gift certificate or Groupon, can I upgrade to a longer massage or add on another treatment (like the Essence of Zen or a body wrap)?

-Oh course!  You are more then welcome to upgrade your gift certificate or Groupon to anything you like.  Just schedule the session you'd like, bring your certificate/Groupon and pay the difference.


I might want a longer and/or different massage, can I just tell you when I get there?

-You can but, most likely we will not be able to make it happen because we have other clients coming in after you and some treatments take advance preparation.  It never hurts to ask, although it is guaranteed if you schedule it ahead of time.


Can I use my Groupon for a prenatal massage?

-You sure can!  We love mommas to be and we never charge extra.


Do you do couples massage?

-Kinda, sorta.  We offer Dual Massage (you and your partner come in at the same time but, in separate rooms).


What is your Cancellation Policy?

- We have a 24hr cancellation policy.  If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel with less then 24hr notice your credit card will be billed for the service you have scheduled.  If you reserved your appointment using a Groupon or Gift Certificate it will become void.


I missed my appointment because I didn't receive my courtesy email/text reminder. So you can forgive my No Show, right?

- We are very sorry you did not receive your courtesy reminder.  Yes, it is a courtesy on our behalf yet not an obligation, where it is an obligation and a responsibility of yours to keep your appointments.
